What are your working days and order cut-off timeÂ
We work Monday to Friday. For same day dispatch our cut off time is 12 noon.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All available products are listed on our website. If an item is out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. We do our best to update our store to ensure out of stock items are removed.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Some items are restocked regularly, while others may be limited edition or end of line. If youâre interested in a specific product, feel free to contact us for updates.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. To request a VAT invoice just contact us and we will email you your VAT invoice
