Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info.brandedandnew@gmail.com. Quoting your order number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer refund subject to following terms.
 

  • Your right to cancel an order can be exercised in writing by using the messaging service before the item has shipped.
  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • If you have a problem with your order, you must inform us with-in 7 working days of receipt of goods. The buyer has 30 days to return the item back to us. The buyer is to bear the cost of returning unwanted goods.
  • If the problem is our own error, we will provide a pre-paid returns label.
  • All items must be complete including original packaging, accessories and literature.
  • For items that have been opened are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller error, we may deduct up to 50% of the item price based on the condition of the product.
  • You order the wrong item, not a problem, do not open it send it back we will issue a refund. The buyer pays the return postage cost.
  • It is buyer's responsibility to check all the details before buying. If unsure please talk to us first.
  • Many issues with a purchase can be resolved by talking to us so feel free to call us via eBay Messaging.

 

PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phones Returns Policy
 

  • You may return any new PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone purchased from Branded and New that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or incorrectly advertised, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Branded and New reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee up to 50% of the product sales price based on the condition of the product if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering or passwords not removed will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee equal to and above 50% of the purchase price based on the condition of the product.
