The Yale 723 Deadlatch Nightlatch is a traditional-style rim night latch designed for residential front and side doors. Featuring a polished brass cylinder and a durable enamelled body finish, this lock provides reliable everyday security with convenient internal and external operation. 

The latch is operated by key from the outside and by handle from the inside, while the integrated snib function allows the latch to be held back or deadlocked internally for added security. Supplied complete with an anti-bump cylinder and 2 keys, the Yale 723 is suitable for left or right-handed inward opening doors.
